Training at Grindstone

Start where you are.

We welcome beginners. You do not need prior martial arts experience to begin. Our program mix includes gi, no-gi, kids training, and Striking at our West location, with occasional women-focused Valkyrie Defense seminars.

01Beginner and fundamentals classes require no prior experience.
02Train in both gi and no-gi classes.
03Kids classes are offered for children as young as four.
